📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs using patient monitoring devices and EHR systems.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist with medication administration and patient education.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Participate in team meetings and staff development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in nursing or patient care.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
