In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging seating, and setting up equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service during the event, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are executed smoothly and on time.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring the venue is left in good condition.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and setup is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
