Link Market Ekspansindo is a leading company in the retail industry, seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. We are looking for a professional who can assist in managing our human resources functions and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
