📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Oversee staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor restaurant performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
