Hub Crystal Jaya is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and a passion for building strong relationships with customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Retail Sales Consultants in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the training and development of new Retail Sales Consultants.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
