The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating financial records and documents.,Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Managing bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate bank records.,Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Providing administrative support to the finance manager.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of financial systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
