📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of corporate buildings and facilities, ensuring they meet all health and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to facility management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Use AutoCAD and SAP to manage and optimize facility operations.
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
• Provide training and support to facility staff on best practices and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and SAP for facility management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar is a plus.
