City Bay Jaya is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial support to the management team. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial support and analysis to the management team,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
