📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee food preparation, portion control, and quality assurance to maintain our high standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall growth and development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, preferably with a ServSafe certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with a good understanding of Vietnamese language and culture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
