📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer records and sales data.,Prepare and distribute sales reports to the sales team and management.,Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses.,Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.,Assist in organizing and managing sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all documents and records are properly filed and stored.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration or administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Organized and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
