Oversee the architectural design and coordination of luxury construction projects from concept to completion.,Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design intent is accurately translated into a built environment.,Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to ensure that construction activities comply with architectural drawings and specifications.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and in accordance with project requirements.,Prepare and submit construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to relevant authorities.,Mentor and train junior staff to ensure that the highest standards of architectural coordination are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.,Valid work permit for Bali is a plus.
