The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing all cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.,Training and supervising junior cashiers.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area.,Handling insurance claims and processing refunds.,Ensuring the security of cash and other financial assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial institution.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions.,Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
