📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Gorontalo.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
