We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our construction team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to these plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.,Lead and mentor a team of project managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or risks.,Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure these are met throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Familiarity with the construction industry in Bali is a plus.
