📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installations, hardware setups, and troubleshooting.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures related to IT.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) is a plus.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
