📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.,Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the backup and recovery of critical data and systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT and cybersecurity.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
