📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform compensation decisions
• Create comprehensive compensation reports and present findings to leadership
• Administer and manage benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategy with company goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related queries
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Proven experience using compensation and benefits software, such as BambooHR, ADP, or similar
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
