• Develop and implement external communication strategies that align with Sun Life's corporate goals and brand narrative.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and interviews.
• Monitor and respond to media inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and communicate key messages for external stakeholders.
• Manage Sun Life's social media presence, creating and curating content that engages and informs our audience.
• Develop and maintain content for Sun Life's website and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring swift and effective responses to any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in external communications, media relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and other communications materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools such as Hootsuite, Meltwater, or similar.
• Familiarity with financial services industry and understanding of Sun Life's business and values.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
