In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR reports and data.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
