📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on international work environments
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
