🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and related software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in training programs.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
