📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Supervise and train a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company standards and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is in order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
