📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and scheduling.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and concerns.,Support the HR team in the management of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
