📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform quality checks on banking products and services,Identify and report defects or issues,Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues,Maintain and update quality control documentation,Conduct quality audits and inspections,Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements,Collaborate with other QC staff to ensure consistent quality standards,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or a similar role,Knowledge of banking products and services,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
