📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the area.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met and that our company is seen as a trusted and reliable partner.,Attend and participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss the performance of the area and to receive guidance and support.,Any other duties as assigned by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of customers.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
