📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, with a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel is required.
