PT Bumi Anggrek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.,Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
