📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
  • Conduct tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Participate in tax research and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, personal, and international tax.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certified tax professional (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior tax consultants is a plus.
