📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet the required specifications.
  • Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report on production progress and any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
