📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, and ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
