📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the warehouse and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics processes to identify and address any issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong background in inventory management.
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze supply chain performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
