📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the landscape and housekeeping teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules, taking into account the specific needs of each property.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that the team is well-stocked and prepared for any task.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any areas that require immediate attention or improvement.
• Train and mentor team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report on the performance of the landscape and housekeeping teams to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments, such as facilities management and property management, to ensure that all aspects of the property are well-maintained and in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within the facilities management or housekeeping industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams of 10 or more.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Certification in Facilities Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
