📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the company’s growth and success.
• Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
